I know how you feel... it’s a familiar story, not so many years ago I was driven by my career, a well paid salary, juggling deadlines and targets, whist raising a young family. It looked like I had it all... at least that’s what I thought. Superhuman? Trying to be superhuman is never the way to get a work-life balance , so I reassed my so called 'perfect life' 6 years ago and started to look at how to make it easier to have a healthier life-style and making sure I gave myself the things that make life fulfilling. I realised from my own experience that we all deserve more and I found holistic therapies could offer me a way of bringing balance, health, increased energy and purpose into what was becoming for me a stressful and potentially damaging lifestyle. Passionate So... I retrained and the more passionate I became about the importance of personal and professional wellbeing the more I had to find ways to help people feel healthy and happy. Don’t get me wrong I’m not a guru, but I passionately believe everyone can be healthier and happier so I developed of Blue Soul, with the sole aim (pardon the pun) to do one simple thing... to help you along and give you the opportunity to focus on health and wellbeing because we all deserve the best.
